150w HPS CFL grow.

here's an update after starting Tiger bloom yesterday she really took it and just BLOOMED out really good. continuing the same watering and light sched and all that good stuff.

I knew it needed fed. Looking great man, keep up the good work and keep us posted.

Question. I recently got givin' this pc fan and I have a charger I wanted to know if its strong enuff to push it without hurting or causing fire issuses. how would I wire this? what wires go together ??

i have a 150 hps, how far from the plants you think it should be? and how many plants could it be used for?

Dude. Cut a piece of cardboard to wrap around the fan and secure it with tape. If you fold the cardboard around the fan tight. It makes a perfect square tube with the fan in te middle. Leave about 4-5inches of cardboard "tube" sticking off both ends of the fan. I made one of these at the beggning of my grow out of the same fan and it made a large diff. in the air output. A more directed, powefull airstream. Look at the page 3-4 of the Skylight journal in my link for a pic of the fan. Good luck

Oh, chop the end off of he adapter wire and wire it to the ends of the fans positive an negative wires. Tape w/ black tape or wire nuts and yur good to go.

Whats the OUTPUT on the adater?? If it is way hgher than the input for the fan then I wouldn't use it. If its in te 9-15V range I wouldn't worry at all. I bet you couldn't start a fire with i if you tried.

which is pos and which is neg?

It will only work the right way. Just hook one adapter wire to one fan wire. Then repeat with the other wires. You have a 50/50 chance of getting it right the first time.

I'm thinking of adding a Scrog sceen to my next grow. I don't have hight issues but I have read alot about them. MAX yields even with little HID and CFL. What do you think?

I have the fan under control hahaa. was a little to stoned to figure things out... but yeah. I have space issue so I have to go small with a lot lolly pops seem like a good idea. cheaper to. b/c netting would cost me a lot more and my box isnt big enuff i dont believe. I still have a lot of tweaking to do.

I think the other two were for the therometer in the actual PC.

Search for some "150w stealth scrogs/sogs". They are killin it. Really insperational.

Glad you finally got into your place hope you get your stuff up and running soon!!! well I only have one female since the other 2 I found out where males just sexed a little later?? odd... but I just have the Female White Widow and she is doing wonderful. this is her second week into flowering!!!

Hell ya man check my auto ak47 journal I updated with the pics from the chop and what not. Btw I got my new seeds in the mail, and have picked out a spot in the attic for my stealth run. I'm going to do 12/12 from seed like you only I'll be using the 400w. I'm going to do 2 of the Arjans Haze #1, 1 fem Great White Shark, and 1 fem Gigabud that came free with my haze seeds. I figure that should hold me over till I get a place that I can call my own. Well peace and good luck I'll be staying tuned in man.
