150g per autoflower indoor

Just thought I’d ask to see if any of you lovely people have ever managed to harvest 150+ from an auto flower indoor.

If so... is it easily achievable with enough kit.

if anyone has any theories or input, please feel free to join in.

I’m curious to see how big autos can get.

I’m starting 9 green crack autos I’m a brand new room.

access to 6x 600watt hps lights.

I just finished harvesting these plants 2 weeks ago. One was 6 zips dry and the other 4.5 dry and the one in the 2L pop bottle was 2 dry. The 2 bigger ones I kept under a single 56watt cob each and the pop bottle was smooshed in-between them. Hope that kind of gives you an idea of what auto's can produce. Lots of guys are consistently pulling off 6+ ounces. You definitely don't need 6x 600watt hps for 9 auto's.

OP that’s not a crazy high number, so yes that is possible. keep in mind this wont be 6oz of A grade especially your first few runs

wattz is one thing you must have.

I get about 6-6.5 oz with one auto under, a ton of LST and a 600w HPS in my 2.5x2.5. About to spread it to a 4x4 and do more plants so I won’t get near that number per plant anymore I imagine.

600 actual watts in a 2.5 x 2.5? That seems like a lot, but I bet you had some crazy growth. I had pretty good results with 300W of COB LED in a tent that size.

like I said I just upgraded. I bought a light and exhaust fan big enough to slide up a tent size originally. Knowing that one plant wouldn’t work forever.

4x4 is on the way! Now I should have appropriate size everything. (Insert joke here). 2x2 can now be dry tent or small veg space in future.

Yes it does well for growth. But you can see the heat stress. I raised it after learning this was heat stress. This is HPS from seed.

That's what I did, too. My first tent that size is now used for germination up to the first 3-4 weeks of veg, then they go into the 4x4 to finish out the rest of veg and flower, and the harvest gets hung back in the small tent to dry.

If I was wanting to pull 5+ oz per auto... I'd be very picky with my genetics... And I would be growing using high frequency fertigation in coco... Pick genetics that are known to be heavy yielders like Mephisto Ripley's OG.
