150 Watt HPS or 125 watt cfl??

I just recently purchased a grow tent
62x36x20For a 1 maybe two plant setup majority of the strains ive gotten are autos just wondering which light would be the best choice

400 watt HPS or MH. But I would opt for a TRUE 125 watt CFL over a 150 watt HPS because of heat in that little tent with all else equal.

The fact that the HPS would be higher wattage and higher efficiency both point to better yields (assuming heat isn't a factor).

I got 2 150w hps in a 2x2x5.6 with a 165cfm exhuast. If yoy have the exhuast I would go hps just have good exhuast. And a cool ambient temp room and youll be fine with 1 my temps barley got above 80. Few days I turned ac off for house on nice days.

The sunsystem 150 hps has shone brightly for me without a hitch for over a month now. Nothing but glowing praise for that system.

And yes Amazon is awesome, as one finds certain equipment for 1/3 the price of the local hydro ripoff artist stores in Columbus Ohio.
