150 w closet grow - Miracle Gro Palm and Citrus Soil

Ok say I have a 150 w closet grow going on with bagseed (being this is my 1st time and I did not want to purchase any and waste them) and I have what i THINK is preflowers? Is it even a female? I know i need to get some foxfarm and a couple more things but for now am i doing ok?

on the back it says .12 - .04 - .08

so i guess thats 12 - 4 - 8 on the nitrogen , phosphorous andsoluble potash?

Somebody help
