Okay, I've not read the description so maybe you have to search again. There were a few results for single core wire.
And these T connectors make thing a lot easier. You need only to connect the outer strips directly to the driver and all the other strips can be connected to that line in parallel using these connectors. You need 1 connector per strip and you could literally add as much strips as you want. For each set of 9 strips you would need 8 of them.
@Randomblame
Got mine on the way!
Thanks again for great idea...oh they are 18 awg too like you mentioned.

It has begun

1 fixture is all stripped out and ready for wire.

All the other strips have been taped but arent on frames yet. Im going with the terminal blocks @ChiefRunningPhist linked earlier, ill hide them in project boxes. Thanks for all the help Chief!!

Im baked and exhausted right now, still got 2 tents to water , so will start wiring in the morning.
Good work! Ill be checking in to see how pretty it looks when it's done haha :bigjoint:

Here's a pic of the 30 x 3000k 90cri just after being taped.

Another pic with the 90cri and 80 cri already fastened to the frame and awaiting wire.

Tomorrow morning I get started on wiring
I like that adjustable center rail.
Where did you get the parts for that?

All frame parts came from Tnutz

the center rail is the 1020 series....1" x 2"

the outside frame parts are 1" x 1" 10 series

Used the tnut washer and screw combo.

awesome stuff to work with, just drill your holes and slip the tnut in the slot, pop the screw in the hole and tighten it once its placed where you want it.

Thanks
would any strip heatsink work with the center 1020 and the tnut washer and screw combo to adjust?
Of course holes need to be drilled etc.

I am far from the best person to ask bro lol

Whytewidow helped me with planning the build and figuring out what to use, that dude knows his shit.

If I had to guess, I'd say yes, any size would work.

I have had 2 connectors fall off the strips so far, only got 1 negative side done yet.

Am i gonna have to solder them in order to fix? fml i dont even know how to solder, or own any of the equipment lol

They are extremely delicate and dont take much to damage.

UGH!!!

These strip connectors are frustrating to put it politely, they seem to be hanging by a thread. 5 have fallen off now.

Guess im gonna learn how to solder.

That sucks
Which bus block connector were you using?
You do not need to solder just get a better bus block or connector.
What number of connectors do you need on the bus block?
Max current as well, 120 or 240?

No im referring to the connectors on the strips, they are very very delicate it seems. Like VERY lol

the bus blocks work fine, im currently overwhelmed with wire management lol
