Didn't look like an actual tent, judging by the unkept area I just assumed it was a nook with a curtain in front of it with a large stand up light right next to the opening shown on the right. I also assumed if the op went 13 weeks before asking this may be new to him (no offense).

Genetics makes a lot more sense now, but I don't see how you think a light schedule issues ie a fucked up timer would only cause one of two plants in the same environment to have this issue.

And for the record us big kids have grow rooms.. Not tents... That's the lazy way out @Mad_Prophessor

Nothing lazy about 4 tents with 40+ plants being tended by only myself. A room is nice, but with a perpetual, it has to be a bit more elaborate. You couldn't do what I do with one room. Also, nothing beats tents for odor control and their ability to produce a negative pressure environment. Get with the times. Still using magnetic ballasts are we? There is not chance of creating a negatively pressurized room in a house or commercial building that is even remotely congruent to a tent. They are just not built that way. Tents are superior in every way.

A potassium deficiency can defiantly cause a flowering plant to stall. I would try add a little potassium sulfate. but that's just my two cents.

My perpetual is a bitch to keep on time, however it's sealed for co2 and have the odor control under..control

Different strokes for different folks, I try to keep the plants and buds large and not have to worry about room otherwise I'd be fucked for the most part. I hear you on the lone wolf struggle. As you where....
