How was the flower development close to the walls? I see your room is 13' wide with 3' walk way... so your beds are 5' wide. Wondering how the buds developed with a 5' spread. I'm building out a new room and wondering if I should push my beds to 5' wide. I'm gonna be in long rows like your setup so limited overlap.

I made 10 inch walk ways for pruning then after pulled netting into wall to pull canopy closer to wall with strings

Hey mongo, I wet trim and have no issues. What is everyone else doing and why?
Thanks!
I wasn't aware you trimmed this much. So i honestly found it took more people and time to do a wet trim then hang and/or cut off branches. Im almost certain that just taking big fan leafs off then branching out the plant then hanging is more effective. 2 people could easily handle a said room like this in a 8 hour shift. If you get a third person involved lets say a lesbian lady that hates men and her job is to straight just rip off fan leafs it can be done in 6 hours with clean up.
But everyone has their own style, I used to wet trim, and just found this way to work for me and my wife to get the work done.
I also have a belief (probably bull shit though) that bud shrinks too much and yield is lost if one is taking to much leaf off when chopping and drying. Someone told me this so its not my belief. Something to do with drying and the leafs drying first and not the bud. I forget exactly what she said, but i was high and it made sense at the time.

I'm not sure why I quit getting updates to this thread but things look great my friend.

I wish we didn't have plant count limits , I love packing plants in like this. It looks like you did well on weight so let us know final numbers.

Here is a picture of my new room, no ac or c02, just a 12 Inch exhaust fan and 10 inch intake fan. Ac and c02 will be added before temps warm up this spring but for now this is all I could afford.

Here is a picture of my other room that just got chopped, it was a mess of a run 28 diff phenos of various strains. Lost a tray of clones and it was just other run thes or wait weeks to start over. Just chopped this room have no idea of yield yet but will be much lower with a mixed run. Didn't bother to take many pics as I was not too happy with what I was running in this room. Bud turned out great quality.

Also I just replanted with 316 clones I started running c02 right off the bat @ 1000 ppms. I'm thinking maybe it would be good to just run fresh air untill they are over the transplant shock cause the c02 seems to be making them not take as well or fast to the transplant.

I ramp up light intensity and c02 ppm over the first week. And since my plants are much bigger than yours going in it might take a little longer to get yours used to it. What light were they under in veg?

Bud looks great.
On a side note I been avoiding it forever cause I thought would ruin my bud, but the old lady pregnant and I wasn't too excited about this run anyways so I bought a Trim bag. And I have to say I'm super impressed. Here is 2 diff strains, still requires some clean up after shaking the bag, but way faster than hand trimming it all.

Were u just curious of electricity cost? What do you guys pay for kwh there? My building pulling around 1k bucks a month can be a little higher or lower depending on what's going on in all the rooms. I think my little home dehuey are kinda wasting electricity but just can't afford to buy quest yet, so at the moment I'm running like 6 of em and they gotta be adding to the bill substantially. Will upgrade soon, hopefully by summer gotta do AC for second room first.

i had 2 95 pint home dehumids ~800w each before that were running the entire nighttime nonstop. just upgraded to an anden 210 ~1400w a few weeks ago and the thing turns on for a few minutes when humidity is too high then adjusts it real quick to the setpoint and turns off for quite a while even at nights. im guessing its going to save me quite a bit of power.

i also like it cause it has a humidity controller i place at the top of the canopy so i know what the humidity is there not near the floor like the home dehumids. i also think all the home dehumids humidity sensor numbers are way off just in general. home dehumids are budget friendly and last 3+ years usually but when i open a new room ill just cough up cheese for an anden honestly.

What made you go with the Anden instead of Quest? I've got a Quest 225, real happy with it. I'm in the market for another unit and not sure if I should give Anden a try.

i have a quest 70 in veg. its better than a home unit but i wish i got an anden instead.

anden 210 has the canopy humidity controller included... the brackets to hang it included and a digital screen display instead of the knob that u have to guesstimate with like the quest if i opted not to use the included humidity controller.

plus the unit was $300 cheaper than quest 205/225. then theres an extra $80 for the quest hanging brackets you save on. its also a bit more efficient than the quest 205/225.

only thing is idk if its as reliable as the quest units but Aprilaire who makes Anden has been around longer than santa fe/quest im 99% sure.

my hydro guy says he gets people returning andens back to him to ship back to manufacturer more often than quest. but i take what hydro guys say with a grain of salt... theyre always trying to sell u some stuff and most of them dont even grow on a medium to large scale.

The only time my andens have ever messed up is when the hvac guy put the run too close to the intake of my dehumidifier and threw codes at night. Simple fix and now they’re perfect
