Careful with Joyhydrogrow. I'm out $99 and my package was opened by US Customs because of shipping problems with this person. He also goes by Michael Sunniest.

you will replace the CFLs within a grow or two, so you aren't saving much. I tried to cheap out when I started too, in the end you are only losing money on the CFLs.
