12 Volt Lights?

This might be an odd question but i was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a 12 volt light bulb that would efficient enough to allow me to grow my seeds into suitable plants before transplanting them outdoors. I am planting 10 seeds and I have a great place to grow them inside for awhile away from the parental unit, but it does not have power. Any info would be extremely helpful. Thanx

What are you gonna do? Charge car batteries in you room and swap them out ever 3 hours? How long does your cars battery last if you leave your lights on? No. Plus, have some respect for your parents. They risk loosing their house cause their kid is a punk. Buy grass till you get your own place.
