I'd suggest double checking your environment.
Cold temps in my basement have slowed things down quite a bit before.
Your sprout looks healthy at least.
There's still hope.
If you run through all of your environmental, light, and nutrient related inputs and still can't get it figured out, that's when I'd start considering a do over.
