Stop hyper focusing on trying to “ supplement “ an already nute charged soil mix. FFOF is nute dense , maybe a bit too much sometimes.
However, using FFOF and basic TAP WATER ….. will work.
That’s it.
No measuring Calmag or adding Antelope shit . It is a READY TO USE SOIL (RTU) , that’s ONLY REQUIRES WATER.
Crazy huh ?
What if you planted a houseplant in the same mix …. Do you add Calmag or other crap to it ? … no.
So …. Your plant size issue is not your medium.
It’s your lighting .

Well I just switched light like 3 weeks ago and she’s definitely blown up

Give it as much light as possible. Autos have an internal clock from start to finish.
Disregard the breeder estimates on this strain ( yield , harvest time , etc. )
Plant is running the show it doesn’t care about weeks or days growing - hence giving the best environment ( lighting , airflow , controlled watering ) .
Let it go as long as necessary to fully be harvest ready even if you past the “ listed “ harvest window.
