what would happen if you put a plant on 12/12 as soon as it pops out the dirt

im doin it . . just speeds up the veg stage into flowering stage and stunts growth potential . . sacrifice some bud.

is it showing the sex

not yet . . but i have read posts of people who say it shows their sex alot faster doing it this way .

Putting plants on 12/12 as soon as they pop out? I'm not sure thats a good idea;

The helpful person down at Progressive Gardens here in town suggested that I not leave my plants on 24hr light while vegging, he suggested 20/4. Which I suppose also means that 12/12 wouldnt be the way you want to go either.
