12/12 with pure indica a waste?

I am trying to decide weather to try out 12/12 for my first grow, so i still have a few question left.

I've seen a lot about how sativas work better with 12/12 form seed, but Ive got Aurora Indica seeds from nirvana, which are basically a pure indica.

So do you think it would be a waste to try these with 12/12 form seed?


Im not looking for a big yield, just grow experience.

naw dont do that. do it right. first grow like 3. then sex them. then take clones and grow those. you will not hate yourself. i wish i had some aurora , just got some norhtern light sand 5 free mystery seeds yesterday! cant wait for the n.l. scared to germ, lol.

any reason for doing 12/12?
you might as well try it maybe with a few seeds, but as you said indicas don't seem to do as well under 12/12 (never tried just learnt from reading) so unless there is
a reason you might as well veg them for 2 weeks

only reason is limited space, and time. Im likely gonna be moving around the new years or so, and I dont want to have to worry about transplanting plants between houses, and winters get really cold outside so the shock could kill em.

how much space do you have a couple weeks of veg for an indica will be pretty small andyou might be able to make it time wise as well. think i read some people saying that vegging for a bit would actually speed things up as the plant will not be able to switch straight away so 12/12 would just stunt it, i don't know just something to think about......

If this is your first grow I wouldn't do 12/12. I would stick with 18/6 for veg then 12/12 flowering. You will learn alot on your first grow and you'll see changes all through the different stages and you will have problems at some point and you'll learn how to fix them. Then once you get through a normal grow and harvest then try things like 12/12 from seed. Just my opinion.

i have grown this strain trust me give it time in the veg it will produce so much more an i mean more but my tallest plant was only like 3 feet indicas stay low

that's why if you veg then out and take them for clones and make sure they root then you can transfer them to your new place with out having to start over from seeds and if you reay want to if you do it right you can veg them out and kill all themm off and use all the plant for clones

I plan on doing that when I move to a new house
