12/12 soon?

Im about 5 1/2 weeks into veg there looking real good its just bag seed but the leaves are purple now they were green and they have a fair amount of undergrowth how much longer should i wait to switch to 12/12

Pics? You can flower whenever you want, but the longer you wait the higher the yield.

Yep. deciding when to flower depends on a few things.
First, the plant has to be strong enough to support buds
Second, the plant will double (possibly triple) in size so be sure to switch to 12/12 before the plant outgrows its area (you don't want it reaching the lights before you switch or you're screwed!)

To give you an idea - here is a pic of plant just before switching to 12/12.... note the 12" ruler...

My last grow I vegged for two weeks. I say flower now unless you have a lot of space. Those puppies might get real tall. I vegged my first too long and had 7 ft. plants and was running out of ceiling space to hang the lights.

nice plants bro . . look healthy . . i would have switched by now if i were u . . . they have plenty of strengh to flower . . like moldy and the previous posters said, they do multiply in size during the flowering cycle.
