12/12 Interrupted

Ok So the clocks were set back an hour and it was so early and I wasn't thinking. I changed the time on the light timer and the plants got an extra hour of light. The plants have been on 12/12 for about 8 days will this one hour of extra light effect anything?

I don't think so, you didn't interrupt the dark/light cycle in the middle you just extended it a tiny bit. Won't be a huge problem, i think.

On another note, plants don't care what "time" it is. With DST I don't adjust any of my timers. Plants could care less if we humans decide to mess with our clocks. In a plants world the clock is the sun!

Yea i know the plants don't care what time it is, But I do care I like the lights on at certain times so I don't have to wait for the lights to come on to water or anything.
