12/12 from seed side project

I am going a little crazy and letting my Bubblers all veg until I harvest these random seeds I have.

I am doing 14 plants in soil under a 600w HPS and 4x 55w cfls.

2- TH Seeds Bubblegum from Alibongo
2- Bianca from AMS
5- White Widow from AMS
5- Free seeds from AMS

12/12 from seed in 10 inch pots with Miracle grow soil. I'm hoping to find sex in the next couple weeks. Remaining females will not be topped. Trying for the 1 large main cola. Hope to get at least an ounce from each.

Seems really simple and straight forward.

Question: Are you using the MG soil because of the slow release nutes? And are you planning to feed them at all?

I was thinking about those potting soil mixes that have the 3 month slow release nutes and wondered if they would work... Might be enough for the first 4-6 weeks at least. The soil I am using right now has these slow release nutes but I was planning to use a small amount of additional nutes to help. The content of the soil mix is very low... but the more water I am adding the more nutes will become available in the soil...

I don't know. Hence the question.

Honestly, I chose miracle grow because a big ass bag was only like 6 bucks. Im not a soil grower, but I had all these seeds sitting around, so I decided to grow them for as cheap as possible.
Ill start adding nutes when the plant starts asking for them. Ive heard the soil has grow and bloom nutes to last quite awhile. We shall see

I pulled 1 Bianca today (male). Down to the last Bianca seed, hope its a female. Looks like they are going to be showing sex here pretty soon. I hope 7+ are female. Down to 13, but I cloned Critical Kush from one of my bubblers and replaced the male bianca. Hopefully it roots and starts growing fast.

I look forward to seeing how you make out with this. I am looking doing the same thing in the next few months. It'll be good to know when I might need to add nutes or when not to. Right now I am not really having any issues but I don't know how they should be growing given the soil and the amount of nutes i have given them. I did mix up a weak seaweed tea to use. I figured I would be doing anything bad and might just help if the soil only had the basic nutes added.

Well, I had plants that desperately needed to go in the flower tent. So I pulled all of the 12/12 plants except 1. Put the other ones back in veg.

Too bad for me, but might be a good thing for you.
That one is looking healthy so far.

Here is an AMS Free seed 12/12 from seed. The entire center stem is a huge bud. I have no clue what it is, but it smells alot like cat pee! I dont like the smell, but my cousin says its awesome..
What types of strains are that bushy and smell like cat piss? haha
