12/12 from seed advice

I was thinking of trying a 12/12 from seed grow just too see how it goes. I was curious what light do you use? Do you start with HPS or do you use MH then switch?

you could start with a MH if you wanted to but i wouldnt run it past week 3 or 4. its what ever you got. i usually just run my HPS the whole time. MH will help keep stretching down but i dont really see a lot of stretching in my 12/12 grows.

ok thank you very much. I will be using just a 250 watt light. How many plants at 12/12 would you suggest for that size light?

no more than 4-6 plants. i usually add 1 plant for every 50 watts of light i have to use.
