12/12 for a week. When can I sex it?

Not growing impatient here, but am getting antsy.

6 24 watt cfl's, 12/12 for a week now, vegged 24/0 for 5 weeks.

When should I be able to sex it? I'm not seeing anything yet. I know every situation is different, but on average, how long after forcing into flower does it take to show sex?


Also, how accurate do you need to be with the schedule? I went out last night and forgot to shut off the lights. They were up for an extra two hours. This isn't actually enough to make them hermie, is it?

give it at least 10 days.
male's will show sex first.
i did the same thing as you (force flowering)and it took 10 days to see i had 3 males and after 14 days i could see female signs starting to show.

You should see something in 10 days bro. Last one I flowered took 3 days for the pistils to pop out. Can you get a picture up. Try to get close up to the nodes, one set down from the top growth, and we'll se if we can't help ya out. Without pics, help is limited.

get a magnifying glass or a loupe thats what i use and i have seen pistils in as little a five days but only with the aide of a lens.

They're asleep right now, or I'd snap some pics. I gave it a thorough look over tonight, nothing showing yet.

I was going to buy a magnifying glass to check out the trichs in a few weeks, I guess I can grab one tomorrow.

Also, anyone who says cfl's wont burn plants from touching is fulla shit. The thing moved while I was at work and a leaf became tangled in the cfl. Scortched the hell out of it.

who ever said that is crazy any light bulb can burn a plant
if u put ur hands under it and can feel the heat then a plant can get burned
when ever u have a light close always put ur fingers/hand between them if u feel the heat move it back some
