12/12 flowering queastion?

Is 12/12 exact as to flowering starting or will they start at say 13 sun 11 darkness? My outside area will not have exact 12/12 till mid sept and frost can hit by the 1st or 2nd week of Oct.Many do grow great crops here outside.So I would think that 13/ sun to 11 darkness should get them started..Any thoughts or experience is appreciated.

13/11 should work just fine. the plants arent machines...anywhere close to 12/12 and you'll be fine

just make sure the temp doesnt drop below 60...or over 95

That would be fine. I don't average 12/12 exactly. More like 11.5-12.5, either way.

your outside plants should start showing sex mid to late aug, 13/11 in the united states 12/12 wont hit until sept.26 your plants should be flowering at least 4 wks by then . hope this helps.
