12/12 flip

i would like to flip my lights right now they turn on at 8 am and i want them to turn off at 8 am how do i do this gradually or in one shot thanx for your help in advance

just to clarify they r already producing buds I just want flip the times right now it is like this 8 am on ,8 pm off. i want 8 pm on, 8 am off thanx

I haven't heard of anyone doin that yet....

No problem. When the lights go OFF at 8PM, leave the lights OFF until 8PM the next day. That means they'll be off for 24 hours. Then just turn them back ON for their 12 hour light cycle at 8PM the next day. They'll be fine.
