Wait until those hairs turn orange (not the human hair on the plant) and they'll be ready usually. I'd say realistically they have another week max from the time the pics were taken.

p.s do not trust breeder/seed vendor/internet times on genetics, they are going to take as long as they take per their genetics. predicting how fast a weed plant will ripen is like predicting how fast the horses at races are going to run, you'd be really rich if you could do that.
