110 w same as 400 MH ARE THEY SURE????

Below is the shops link, anyway they claim that there 110w propegation light is as powefull a a 400 MH

All i want to know is it to good to be true ????

Here is an opinion - they are full of shit.

This Propagation Light is an ideal lamp for young plants, as it has a good spread of light and gives equal lumen's to a 400w Metal Halide Lamp without the same heat or electricity implications. Which allows you to get the lamp much closer to the plants, whilst maintaining a high humidity.

The fact is they are just fluro lights and you MUST put them close to the plants - no way can they seriously believe that they can be compared to a 400w MH.
Maybe they do just as good a job with seedlings and clones, but after that there is NO comparison.
