10ft x 4ft x 7ft 800 watts

if i have a 10ft long, 4ft wide, 7ft tall, is it possible for me to yeild a quarter pound per plant off 12 plants each in a 5 gal pot of promix ? will i need more wattage of light to get a qp per plant? also i am growin super lemon haze, cheese, whiteberry, strawberry cough, mazar i shariff, and kings kush

Yes, you'll need more light - I'd be shocked if you get 3lbs off of 2 400s, especially since you have to ask if it's possible.

I'm sure it's possible, but again, I'd be shocked.

Sorry, forgot the suggestion part - getting 3lbs off of 2 600s is quite reasonable but takes some skill.

Getting 3lbs off of 2 1000s would be very basic, as long as you can control the temps.
