It's all good bro nothing to be sorry about. Looking at it you could easily think it was mainline but to get all the tops u have you would have to top for 32 tops and that's would take a long time for the plant to recover from that much topping.

Mainlining is a good method where you top at the first node and keep topping from there but IMHO I think it's best for outdoor plants and no light is better than the sun and that would help it grow big much faster than any indoor light. It increases veg time considerably cus the plant has to recover from many toppings and being defoliated. I will try it eventually but what I won't do is strip a lot of leaves off the plant, so I'll have a few more tops on it when I do it from the side branches. Appreciate the love.

UPDATE DAY 31 VEG WEEK 5

This is yesterday's update. I was updating this last night and fell asleep smoking that Bubba lol This lady is just growing like crazy!!! Everyday I see growth happening before my eyes and it's just making me more excited to flip his girl. I'm going to go get supplies today so I'll have the net in soon.

I gave her a flush yesterday as it was time. She had sucked up all the nutes and I could tell by her color that she was ready for flush and fresh nutes. I experimented with the nutes this week. I didn't add any Silica to see if this would stop the pH from buffering so high. I prolly won't even see any drastic changes but I just wanna be sure.

From the supercropping I did on a lot of the branches they have become massive. The stem is rock hard and the mains coming from it are huge!! I have done any pruning since early veg. I only pruned a small amount of leaves and a couple branches to open up some nodes from being covered by massive fans. She has some massive fans now!! Here she is pumping strong.

Thanks Eastcoast appreciate the love. She appreciates it too cus it's been nothing but love and good vibes from the start.

She's very healthy but she's a N hog so I upped the Dr Repair this week. Keep her nice and green. Yea I'm gonna do some light trimming but not much and she really doesn't have that many small shoots. Mostly every shoot on each main has shot up and become big branches and tops. There's a few small ones but they're not puny and spindly so I'll prolly keep them on. I'll trim all the baby leaves at the very bottom cus that's mostly what it is except for the very small shoots which I will trim. I'll get in here today and do that since I'm gonna get the bet today

Thanks Nerd she is very beautiful. I've been growing for some years but I never grew a plant this big indoor. Had a 6ft beast outdoor back in high school but that's it. I try to spend all my free time in there as much as I possibly can just looking at her. My Mrs gets jealous sometime lol but she knows she's my #1 love. This is my only hobby as I don't go out to the clubs and stuff no more. I don't know many people where we are as we have only been here for couple years but I'm not trying to get to know people like that. I will prolly flip her at the end of this week but I'm still debating about the 6th week as I still have plenty room and when I put that net in she's gonna shrink down a lil more from me spreading her in the screen so we shall she but I will be soon

Haha Yeah same here bro my missus thinks im crazy spending so much time with them i just enjoy sitting in my tent smelling them and looking them over it's also my only hobby as over the clubs and pubs myself!

if you got the room bro hold out bigger the roots the bigger the fruits i wish i waited longer for my girls but i enjoy watching them flower more then veg my next girl is going to be getting vegged for longer! as i am in a bigger pot this time just doing one plant next time around so just going to do one huge one!

with my new plant i have been putting her in the flowering room for the 12 hours so she gets a boost from the HPS lights then back under the CFL for 6 hours

as the CFL growth rate is SLOW!

Yea I just laugh cus she's gonna be the smoking it first I love being around them and looking at them too. I feel peaceful when I'm in there.

I may wait but I'm so damn anxious that I don't know if I can lol. But I'll be seeing how big she is by day 35 and if she's big enough I'll flip, if not I'll wait till day 42.

That's a good idea by sticking them in there with the HPS for 12 hours. I'm sure that's been helping a bunch. I have a small cfl box I made for seedlings and very early veg so I may do the same thing when I start my next beans which I will be starting as soon as I flip this girl. I need to post pix of the two packs I wanna run so y'all can help me decide lol I'm torn in between the two lol

Now that ill only be running one 600 on the next grow i am going to get my self a 250watt Metal haild for the veg tent that way one will be in flower for 8-9 weeks and the other will be in veg for 8-9 weeks that way i can train and top the shit out of it!

now that i have some kinda of clue about what i am doing going to dial that shit in tight! one in one out one in one out! like a well oiled machine!
are you going to take some cuttings off this girl or just start from seed again... ?

plants love the love! i stand in my GR and have full on conversations with them all the time. tell them how much i love them and that they're are good girls. sometimes they speak back if i listen well enough

was it u that said they were interested in the POG in my journal? i took a pic off it this morning. its on day 5 of its cure now, RH in the jar is about 67%

That's a smart idea buddy like a 2 month perpetual cycle; harvest every two months. That's what I wanna do eventually and I will once we move in the spring. Honestly I wanna do a 6000w tent. I'm thinking about getting one of those huge Gorilla tents that's 10x10 or the 12x12 and put 6 1000w lights. I'm just planning ahead for the future.

Honestly I've kinda been thinking about taking a few cuts from her and run her again but I'm really interested in popping some of the new beans I have. This is one that I can always get as it's always in stock and if she's the bomb I'll just have to go through a few packs to find her again.

Yes that was me wondering if you had any purple on the POG. Those buds look lovely man you trimmed them very well. You can tell when someone is a connoisseur and really love growing cus the end product speaks for itself. Great job man and I'm gonna get me some of those cheap hygrometers you got so I can throw in my jars.

yea i should have bought like 15 more of them. only had enough to put one in like every 4 jars. i got all the bub in a 2.5 gallon jar now and all the POG in a gallon jar so that they can all have the same consistency. some of the bub especially was too moist like 71% so adding it to the rest off the bub thats at 66% should even things out today a bit

If you do go big man ,I would just use 600s.I use 1ks and use to run 600s and wish I didnt change.I had 4 -600s and for the money and all things the 600s are best,IMVHO.The HEAT from 1ks is a lot more then the 6s of course and yield and light penetration of 1ks to me is not worth the extra on bills.Or dealing with the heat issues,Now this is all based on my grow,and I'm in texas.I have a 10x20 x 10hi room.Have 2 5x5s with 1ks,working on another Flower station as we speak.Another 5x5.My plans are to get a harvest every month,eventually.

I would get a net on her pretty soon and still vegg,that plant for another few weeks.Just sayin....

If I do go big I'll do it right. I'd make sure there would be no heat issues. I'd have a high velocity fans on each hood and plenty fans. Two intake and two exhaust fans. But I may just cut it in have and do 6 600w. I'll figure that out more once I see what kinda space I'm working with. Im tryna get two more harvests in before I move.

I hate heat problems, I'm having a lil heat issues right now because I'm not drawing the cool air from my room into the closet. I half assed it just so I can get something growing and when I had set this up it was spring so no heat outside but even with me halfassing it temps aren't that bad. I'll make it more optimal after this run.

Yea I know I need to get the net on her. I'm gonna get to it today. I'm still debating on going another week so I'll see Sunday and go from there

UPDATE DAY 33 VEG WEEK 5

Ok my fellow ganja brothers I finally got the net in on this girl. I'll tell you scrogging is some work. I see what a person means by having to be selective about where branches should go and being careful not to break any. Luckily this girl is very bendable so I was able to move her very easily. I'd say for my first time ever scrogging I did a pretty good job of spreading the canopy out.

I made the net myself with a roll of string I had around the house. I've been finding supplies around the house like no other. I'm all about using what I got before going out and buying something unless I really have to. Killed my back doing it lol but it's all good. She chugging right along and she's loving the screen. Cleaned up the bottom a lol but not too much. Everything is moving right along and I think I'm gonna go the extra week and if I have to I'll add a second net. Here she is looking good.

Why not just raise that net....And let em grow.Then do your pulling thru net?
My nets made from PVC and that orange road barrier,For a net.
Its set at, I dunno like 3ft,lol have to measure.Easy for me to raise and lower,have small pieces of pvc.Just sayin now,not telling ya what to do,Your doing great.

Always,open for anyones thoughts,Im still learning to do Scrogs.
Only have 4 grows with Scrogs.
