how many total watts are you running is what we need to know.

1000 total watts=4ftx4ftx8ft 2000 total watts=4ftx8ftx8ft is the general guideline
you COULD stretch 1 1000 watt hps to 5ftx5ftx8ft, but i wouldnt go any more than that.
