1000W HID in summer, possible?

Im asking because i was told from local hydro shop in my country. That they dont sell 1000W HID, only 600W.
They say that 1000W lamp dont fit here, because of the worm weather.
It is true that most of time its worm here, even now in the winter there are some days you need to wear shorts and can go to the beach.
Will it realy be a problem for me?
I plan on using sevrel lamps.
And i preffer to not use A/C, i dont have one any way..
I checked the weather web site, and the max temp we usally have in summer(im my area) is 30C. Usally its 25C.

you can always run the light at night, using outside cool night air to cool the hood. it's pretty warm in these parts (border of hell) and i got away with 3kw inline. you just have to figure a way to rig something up.

When you say 3KW, you mean inline fan that draw 3 killo watt ?
Or you mean 3 1000W lamps ?
