alright so today marks week 4 of flower, girls are lookin good, i am noticing alot of burn marks look like frekles, so im gonna start useing just water between each feeding, not feeding every watering hope that helps alltho im pretty sure its somewhat normal

just check your runoff..... ppm going in and coming out. Especially when you do a flush. There is nothing wrong with feeding every day so long as the medium stays healthy

And speaking of flushing...... have you flushed since you started flowering? anywhere from every two to three weeks is a good idea

Dude i am so glad i found this thread! I germinated barneys farm red diesel on 4-22 and am growing in hydro and soil for comparison reasons and also so i can use the soil red d for a mum! heres a comparison pic between the two. Will keep an eye on this thread closely..subscribed!

i toppd 2 of em at like 2 1/2 weeks i think, not 100% sure...but to be honest, the untoppd plant is really shitting on the others at this point, if it stays like this i dont think i will be topping anymore....and yours look good bro i would have just done all hydro

actually now that i think about it i haven flushed at all since flower.... i think imma go do that right now cause they need some water anyways, thanks for reminding me TLD

I decided not to top anything this year too.... too much work, not enough results for what I am doing,

Don't forget to follow up a little later with a light feeding

REALLY.. Do you have a few comparison pics of both or that atleast point out which ones are which

i dont know if you noticed i have them set in a triangle and the one standing up front alone is the untoppd one, you can tell in the pic how much phattr the main budd is on it, and really all the other side branches pokeing out have bigger nugggs on em than the toppd plants too...

yes, true, but you have to remember that topping a plant sets its growth back by about a week or more, so those plants development was stunted compared to the one you didn't top. If you had comped the sunted growth period before flowering, I bet the topped ones would be about the same size.

....hmmm good point, thats why i love this site im gonna get better pics up tomorrow to show the difference in the 2 better

but not quite the same size as your main cola on the untopped one

i grew red D it looks great i have been flowering for 13 weeks and she is coming down on Friday.

Got my stanley blower fan hooked up just now. Its on setting 1 right now. I feel a mad difference in the strength comming out the other end now! I will check my temps in a couple hours and let you know how shes doing!

***UPDATE*** 5C temp drop on setting 1 so far, so i turned it up to level 2. I also made a similar carbon scrubber out of a trash can and some white carbon filter the hydroponics store sold me!

***Another Update*** Temp is sitting around 26-27C. Blower fan rocks. Im going to try lowering the speed again as I just opened the intake up to drop the temp. Speed 2 is a little loud for my liking right now. maybe later in the summer when its hot ill need it! but thanks dude the blower fan kicks ass!

I now have 43 plants under my 1000W ........ its about to be 45, maybe more,

wow 45? light mover? how big is the room? just wondering cause i do 8 max under my 1000 but I like some bushes. plants looking good bub....i keep my ph around 6.5 but have yet to grow red D and dont know what it likes, I also never use tap water but its cause mine sucks. If i have to use tap water i use a spare bottle of fish tank water conditioner, specifically tetra aqua Aquasafe $5 at local pet store...gets rid of the BS ammonia and what not. using mollases(sp?) for your flush?
