10000 watts

its not sketchy how is it if each floor has its own panel and breakers theres one for the first floor and one for the second
how can the apt even handle 10k? How are you running that many amps to the room? Thats very sketchy for an apt no doubt, good luck.

I'm not sure how your residential electrical is in the UK but as a rule you can safely use (80% of max) about 1320 watts per 15amp circuit or 1920 watts per 20 amp circuit.
6000 watts on a 12/12 here in Cali would cost about $750.00 a month, and that's not counting veg lighting, fans, pumps, etc.

Without the fridge,washer dryer or heat/ac running, 8-10k watts would be normal. Make sure the breakers as well as the house wiring can handle the concentrated load. If it's your house then just drill a hole in the floor and lay off the other 2-3000W for fans and pumps on the other apartment. Piece of cake. Grow big or go home!
