1000 watt hps/mh will cover how much square footage in a grow room?

Hey folks I havent posted in a few years.....just got back from a state funded mandatory vacation!! Dont worry though, ole pencap didnt get caught in his room...I got a DWI (4 years) and I spit on the cop that maced me (another 4 years run CC) I'm gonna start a NEW room with a new journal! I want to know in a hurry how much area coverage one 1000 watt lamp will produce. Actually I need to know how MANY 1000watters I'll need for a 15x15 foot room. Pencaps coming out of the closet .




Those flouros are just for clones...I grew those massive buds that are drying there with two 150 w hps...


I'm setting my sights on a whole trailer instead of that old closet....were gonna sink about 3 grand on the project (I'll have a silent partner this time with some semi deep pockets! ) and anticipate "construction" about mid june july.

Any help would be appreciated, Sorry about the impatience but the variable is killing me here! So what goes...I'll be utillizing 90% of the 15x15 as canopy. How many am i gonna need and how much does one lamp cover?

6 should be enough. Q: On the buds that are drying, why didnt you trim the leaves before drying? It must of suck trying to clip dry leaves. Nice bud though

three 1000 watt lights would be enough but i think i would buy 5 or 6 600 watters for that space a little less heat better lumen to heat ratio and you can get the plants closer to the lights either way you cant miss really dont you hate those vacations i myself am on my 3rd Dui strike one more and i geta felony and the gun rights go out the door cant have that so i had to quit drinking. lumen to watt ratio i meant not lumen to heat my space is 10x10 and i have 2200 watts of hps in the flowering room. 3x400 watt 1 x 1000 watt
