100 watts for 1?

I was wondering if i could go for a few weeks with one 100 watt warm light bulb. I just need it to at least start my plant or get it trhough vegging, ill use more when flowering.

if its fluorescent they work fine with proper wattage up till about 25 inches tall then they tend to need more, however if your talking about an incandescent bulb then no i wouldnt because they give the plant very little usable light.
