10years is def harsh, and it does nothing but drain more taxpayer money...but dude look at the enviroment that child was in......he was visibly shaken up after recieving a shot gun, not having it just blown in his face, down his fucking throat, and from the way it looked from my seat, and thats what every juror saw, was he put out his hands like he's recieved a shotgun before...and then when he's trip cause he probably felt like he was so high he'd shit himself, his mom is yelling at him.....
if shes capable of doing that im more concerned she blow meth in his mouth...its awful, and i think its state prison she's going so she'll probably serve 2.5 years and the rest at home on paper, if she's good. this is all sorts of wrong.. i feel bad when smoke lingers past my kid...to blow it in his mouth?
