Low rh is a bitch!...I have seen small plug in humidifiers at my local hardware store for about $20.00 they use bottled water.
As for the other leaf issues etc...pics are needed.

I'm going to check today for one thanks dude hope it helps my room is big lolNot sure the size of your room, so this is most likely too small, but I was facing the same issues to start off with in my first grow. This has little $30 humidifier has allowed me to actually control my humidity, currently at 50% at 79 degrees in my box. This is on the lowest humidity setting but fastest fan speed (mainly for extra air flow) but it can run 24 hours before needing to be refilled. Cheap, but seems to work so far.
