10 months old greek plant

I have plant that is 10 months old. For the first 5 months it was under natural light by the window and was very healthy, around 1.5 meters high. When it was 6 months old i put it under the lamp, and then it showed that is was a female plant. Now it is at a point where the buds are dark orange.

The branches are very long and have lots of big buds on them. I have often cut away some buds for testing , but the buds always grow back to the same size they were before. At this point there are almost no leaves left on the plant.

My question is, is it time to chop it off or should i just keep cutting off buds as they will grow back?

if the fan leaves are just about gone, that's probably a pretty good indicator of maturity
you can go too far, wouldn't hurt to do a quick trichome check with some kind of magnifier
