10 gallon nursery pot

I don't think so man.
Maybe in a 1/2 gal bucket, but what is your question?
You don't think so? What is there for you not to think? This plant was in a 5 gallon Lowes bucket and it was root bound. The black pot it is pictured in is 10 gallons. There is no question, I was just sharing this.

Yea, who knows what he's talking about, considering a 1/2gal is almost the same size as a 2 liter soda bottle and you can clearly see from those pictures that it's a hell of a lot bigger than a 2 liter soda bottle.

Thanks for sharing! Looks like it will get beefy.

I realize the bucket in pic is the 10 gal. you are talking about, but that seems like REALLY good root growth compared to foliage for what's showing.

She does have a nice thick stem going on. But, I too would like to see that rootball when it's all said and done.

I will reveal the root ball in the end, although I can't imagine anyone currently interested remembering when the time comes 10 weeks or so from now.

You say the foliage doesn't match what I claim the root ball to be like. There are 10 "tops" that I have kept and tied down. On at least two of them I have removed 8 branches each. There isn't a lot of foliage because I've pruned most of it away so far. In order to take advantage of the these tops that a single "FIM" cut created I have to stretch them upward and outward. The plant is maybe 1ft tall right now and I want it to be 4ft-ish at harvest.

Thanks for the replies!

Here's the 5 gallon bucket. This is after pruning twice, and before the third. OP pictures have gone through maybe 5 or 6.

Here's an update. I did the last prune work on her today. Cut it down from 10 heads to 7 because 3 of them were obviously inferior. Going to give her a few days to recover and get some growth up to the ring then I'll flower this bitch!

About 3 weeks from my OP and we're just over a week into flower. She is coming along so nicely, becoming a real beast. Excitement grows by the day.

Looking good 21 days into flower. Final prune today. Strings aren't necessary anymore, just haven't cut them. Glad I put the cage in there ahead of time!

That is one of the nicest 5 gallon buckets that I have seen. I have found that blue or white 5 gallon buckets are the best and yours is a very fine specimen. When you removed the plant from the 5 gallon bucket did it say anything to you.

I have a cat named Bill but he prefers to be called William. I have to pee so I'll see you later.

Quit using plastic buckets as pots, use fabric or air pots.
How can you have a pot made out of air? When you say 'fabric' do you mean like a pillow case or a comfortable old t-shirt? I once made a planting container out of donuts. When you hang your pots do you hang them upside down like in the hanging gardens of Babylon.
