im using two 300watt cfl blues and not using any mad sort training just want branches lots of branches

If you bent or pulled those main tops down, all of that lower side branching would explode and reach for the sky within a week !!!!!
Anyway no 'mad' training
but good luck and they are really nice healthy plants.
