filled up the trellis over the last 4 weeks with veg going to start flower now
I vegged in bat guana mix soil till the soil was depleted, which i can tell by the plants getting a few yellow leaves that is when i flip it to 12/12 so i can just only worry about giving flower nutes. Was vegged under 250 watt MH

you harvest too soon, the rollex og it's a strain that need 9.5 to 10.5 weeks of flowerinf depending of the peno you got from seed
