It was still in drying phase, in a brown bag at 46%. I've jarred it and the meter is reading 61% now was at 65% 4hrs ago.

I just fill a pill bottle with a couple inches of water, drop in seeds, place in dark area 3-4 days later they will pop, remove with tweezers (or just dump it out on a napkin) and plant... If you must germinate this way is the easiest to me and I've never had it let me down personally.

Instead of hanging my plant I decided to chop and set it in brown bags upside down, still on the stems. Wondering how often I should open and how long I leave open or if for the drying process I shouldn't open it at all other than to check on it once or twice a day.

They are supposed to be for holding spices. I used to keep my coffee and sugar in them which kept them fresh and they do have rubber seals (at least it seems to be rubber) but I will just use a regular mason jar to cut out the guess work. These were just already here to use. Thanks.
