Ok, I've reading up on LED lights, and it sounds like a 600w led that only pulls 100w is really just a 100w? So, based on that, I found this alternative that I've also heard mentioned here that pulls 240w (for my 2x2x4 tent).

Picked up a couple 1lb boneless thick-cut ribeyes, seared then oven baked to medium-rare. I had mine with with jalapeno cheddar focaccia bread and hubby had sour cream & garlic mashed potatoes with peas. SO good :) Cheesecake for dessert. Steak & eggs for breakfast!!!

Real cream of course, sweet cream salted butter to toss the onions bell peppers & shrimp, and mild fine-shred cheddar for that incredible cheesy goodness. Topped with chives for that little "extra" Mmmmm
