lol, that's a socket to usual reflectors. I don't know specifics but a reflector should be able to hold that bulb.... but then your gonna need a ballast..... what kind of growing you doing? Vegging? Cuz you don't need nothing more than some dinky light bulbs for that. HPS is the way to go...
