seems like maybe it was light bleaching as I moved my lights up and nothing has progressed and some spots are healing. i'm watching every leaf intensely

I Def have slight concern, thats why im searching for the reason behind it. Its only 17 days old and is in a pretty big pot so I dont think it's root bind or anything.

The lights are directly over the seeds I just moved it for pics. You are def right about the pot size, I didn't consider that initially, but next time I certainly will. It is a dual ballast so I can switch it out to a MH, money is just the issue right now. I do have a "dimmer" I use on my 6"...

they were watered last night, that may be why they look wet but I don't plan on watering again for 2 days

I think the way you setup is ideal with empting the hot air from your tent to outside, and as a result creating a negative pressure inside the tent bringing in new air. If im understanding this right good job.

I would go a 4" since the duct is much cheaper and reducers are pretty cheap. Other than that financial consideration another point is if you ever want to use it for a different appliance most use 4" as it is kinda a standard for household.

600W should be fine you just need to make sure you can exhaust that heat, that's gonna involve investing in an inline fan.
