I have enogh space. How much light?

I have one 35W (175 W). I don't know if it's enough. I just try to rescue her...It hasn't enough light when it was younger, and now has only 3 leafs or only one... Can I save her? Can it be good for smoke? p.s. it wasn't mine till now:)

I'm a beginner, and I really need some help... Please tell me if I need to change the lightning cycle to 12/12. Are they mature flowers or just pistils? thanks!
