In a very similar situation. Same tent and fans it looks like! Will begin germination process in about ten days. Excited to see this as I get my first going as well. Good luck!
How did you water these beauties? Have a similar setup, little smaller, getting ready to grow. Gonna follow Canna guide after reading a few of your posts.
Decided this system would be optimal given my first attempt at growing and how easy I've read this is for watering needs. Question is I've read a few posts that state you don't need large pots for coco and the 2.2 gallon is enough. Wanting to get some thoughts before pulling the trigger. My...
Just ordered 2 t4 1750. Excited. You suggested three lights for my 5x5 but I recently incurred a medical expense that lowered light budget. If I were to only use 4x4 of my tent on six plants will I still get the 830ppfd? I purchased the ones with reflectors, should I of waited for two with...
After a lot of research and reading your posts I feel confident and comfortable going with tasty led's for my lights. What do you suggest for 5 by 5 tent?
Here's something you can do that might help you out.... Anytime you find a light like the plant science light...do a quick search on alibaba for led grow lights and that should give you a good idea on what a rebranded cheaply made light is and what companies are just looking to rip you off...
Let's take a vote. I can get this for $700 with smart controller

Gogreen 4 pack 200w $1700
Quit being a bitch this is Merica, DIY. $500-$700, I think
I apologize if this is a stupid question but from looking over that thread and googling those parts it seems like the light portion of your set up is only costing a few hundred bucks? Is that really everything needed to make your own? Those LEDS also look a lot like ones used in the go green...
Thanks for all of that info, have a few days off, going to do some heavy research and pull the trigger and never look back. Want to get things set up on my next chunk of days off.
Gogreen still the favorite. Had someone also recommend the gogreen, 2 of the 300 watt instead of 4 200w in my 5 x 5, seems like they are pretty trusted which I like.
Thank you, guy who suggested spyder was from work, don't know his deal.
I set aside 5k for everything. Canceled gogreen order, researching this lumini brand another friend is talking about. He uses and his results are great. I just want to make sure I get a quality light that will last.
