The bend is not hard. You must squeeze the stem until you hear a crunch sound. In fact, if you twist the stem first you will hear the crack. once that happens just bend your plants over. I was hesitant my first time as well..

As my luck would have it, I ended up with all males.. :-( 1. Can you veg your plants back to Fem? 2. Are male plants smokable? They do stink up the place, If I clone them I am wondering if I could change some of them back to Fem:bigjoint: Any help is appreciated..
