If anyone is following this threadI'm future, 12 awg wire is better than 14. Not the other way around. And wire nuts are better than butt connectors. Unless of course you'd like a fire to heat up your grow. No way should you use 14 gauge wire...and it would be best to run on a 20amp circuit not...
