Agree, 90 days for outdoor autos in the u.k. 10 plants over the last 2 years have taken the full 90 days. Some Odd buds though on a couple of plants Not sure if its the seeds, stress or change in weather that mucks them up?

Hi all Thought i'd give growing some lowryders this summer. Basically my auto ak47 has been going for about 3.5 months now. It's been budding for ages (at least 8 weeks,which is long for an auto strain?) but the buds don't seem to be filling out and all that is happening is loads of new...

Nice buds man, how tall were the plants in total? Just about to start my LR2 grow but only have 16 inches of vertical height spare (the 5 litre pots, fan and light take up the rest!) Suppose i can always bend them if they get too tall

Hi all Quick question I have a 4inch Ruck fan but as my grow room is also in my bedrooom I need to keep the noise down as much as possible. Is it safe to wrap these fans in some sort of foam/towel to reduce the noise output or would it cause a fire hazard? The heat output is warm but not...

Theyre only lowryder and grow to a maximum of 16 inches (avaerge is 12 i think)....I'll be happy with 14g of each one 125w should surely be ok for 4 x 12 inches plants??

Hi all Ive just built a small grown room (90cm x 60cm x 50cm) and equipped it with 1x 125W CFL bulb and reflector in there. I plan to do 4 plants at a time. But..... Should i use the red spectrum bulb for the whole grow (aparantly best for flowering) as lowryder dont have much of a veg stage...

What other light set-up would work then? If was thinking 100w HID light? Would that need a ballast and reflector? Or can you just plug them into a normal table lamp?

Yeah i plan to buy one, about £150 in total (expensive i know) but theyre so much more innocent and transportable than a full blown grow room. Plus i like cooking so can use it for herbs if the weed operation fails

lol! Ive grown once before with 2 x 125w CFL and got about 2 oz off one plant and that was much taller. Worth a gamble though, if it fails ill give it to my mum as a birthday present!

Forgot to mention......Will 5000 lumens enough for a 20 inch high plant?
