My plant has brown dots on 3 of its leaves. What could this be caused from? and How do I get rid of them?

I have my plants set up in a shed outside, and its starting to get colder. As winter comes its going to get even colder. What should I do to keep my plants warm? lol. I don't a space heater would work because I think shed is too small for one.

Still kinda learning, How do i measure ppm? I have a ppm meter and pH tester. Im thinking basically just stick the meter into the water with the nutes already in there and then balance it out by using more or less water, correct? How do i calibrate the meter?

I have a plant in my hydro system thats need to be transplanted to rockwool. How do i do this without killing the plant? Just put the peatemoss in the rockwool or...?
