Yeah the led doesnt run very hot so would i be able to grow with that led do you think? just one plant? untill it gets bigger?

I have a heat mat under it, the light doesn't put out any heat really i bought a cfl today, and it only puts out a little more than what the led did. it was around 5-8" away but now it'd be around 3

Thanks mate i went out and bought a 20w 6500k cfl i'll leave it for 24 hours and see how it does thanks! Also do you have any idea why one of the leaves on my plant is curling inwards on the other (the round leaves)
