hiya lads just a quickie here i got soem nice plants off a amte that are over 12ins big and want to transplant them into my hydro tank from the soil what is the best way do u guys suggest as not to disturb the roots too much? i know from experience last time i did it they will no doubt droop...

yup same here really mate just grow it for as long as you want (can possibly wait/have room for) then just chop it and weigh it :) i just cut down one of my ak47's and had just over 4 oz dry weight but it was a monster so it really depends on how big/what strain it is :) daz

hiya lads yup im using a nft tank with the res and so on but Ive noticed that with the water pump pumping all day the rockwool is saturated all the time is this right or should i set teh timer on teh water pump just to pump it a few times a day etc? daz

looks to me like the problem is the lights are way too far away from the plants if they stay that far away your gonna stretch the hell outta them, youll have a 5ft plant with about 10 nodes on it :) if u cant lower the light then just raise the plants up :) daz
