ok the flowering period is 45-50 days that means that once u put ur plant in to 12/12 it will take 45-50 days to finish budding. how tall do u want ur palnts to get? u can put ur plants in to 12/12 when ever u feel like there at a good hieght

do u mean put the one u took the clone in the flowering chamber? if so u dont have to it all depends on how big u want her to get. since u all ready know that its a girl then u can decide on what u want to do. let her veg for 2-3 more weeks or flower her now its up to u and how big u wanna let...

i would put more light on it and about 1-2 inches from the plant since cfls put out low heat so it wont burn ur plant
