yeah sorry its not a conversion light kit its called dual spectrum lights, but i head that the ballasts are too high power to run the metal halide bulb and that they die very faast..... Which light should i USE ???? NE HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED...

HEY ALL, i was doing a bit of research on which types of lighting 2 use... All i know is that METAL HALIDE gives off the BLUE spectrum needed for the vegetative growth and HPS gives off the Orange/RED spectrum... I was reading that growing with just the hps light makes ur plant grow...
